I really like the concept of Fitbit but I am not happy with how long their products last. I purchased a Charge HR in December 2015 and in July 2016 Fitbit replaced it. When that one stopped working I purchased a Charge 2 in May 2017. When that one stopped working I purchased a Charge 3 in June 2019. The screen on the Charge 3 became very dim and then stopped working in January 2021. I am very disappointed that the product doesn’t last 2 years. I wear it everyday and to bed, never in the water. How long does your Fitbit product last? Thank you!

I received a Charge 3 in February 2020. In March, 2021, 2 weeks past the warranty, it was no longer working properly. Because it was past the warranty by 2 weeks, fitbit offered 35% off a new fitbit. After reading many other comments, it doesn't appear that the investment is worth it if they they only last a year.
