My Charge 3 is 18 months old and both straps have broken and the screen has gone black. None of the fixes work to reset it. Customer service offered 25% off a new one but when I asked if how long the device should last they said “we hope they will last for years” These are expensive devices with a short lifespan. My husband’s died in under a year and it was replaced by the company but the replacement died just over a year later. I love the app but have no faith in the device. Has anyone had one longer than 2 years?
