How many steps does it take to count? sometimes I need only 10, I walk over 30, still doesn't show

How many steps does it take to register? sometimes i need only 10 to reach my goal. I walk over 40 before it registers the 10.

Your tracker should count steps after 5 steps ate detected. Walk 4 no steps counted. Walk 5 steps, 5 should be added.

Well, it doesn't always register. This morning it showed I had 10 steps to get to my goal of 3,000. I walked from my bedroom to the kitchen, counted my steps. I took 41 steps and still had 3 to go according to my fitbit. I walked over 2 miles the other day and it only registered about 3200 steps. There are over 2600 steps in a mile. the other day the steps were rolling like a top. I certainly don't understand it.

Are your steps being counted by the Charge 3?

Is your Charge 3 syncing to your Fitbit account?

My steps should be counted by my Charge 3 and yes, it is synced to my Android.
