How to add Water tile

I accidentally removed my water from my menu and I can’t get it back, how can I get water back on my menu

on the phone app, tap on the Discover tab at the bottom of the screen. Then tap on the Health and Fitness tile. Look for the water tile and tap that and you should see button to add it back to the dashboard.
