Hi
I am having an issue too. I have had my fitbit charge 2 for over 2 years and its always worked great. However recently the distances are way out. I do routes i have run for years and i know the distances.
Its showing my route correctly on the map and where i have been. But for some reason its giving different distances. Its the same for walks too.
I have tried
Reseting the fitbit
Turning off bluetooth and back on
Reinstalling the app
Turning the phone on and off.
Any help would be appreciated.

yes, this is a perfect example. I think if you zoom in, you'll see that the line is pretty erratic, even if you were walking in a straight line. I think this causes distance problems and adds distance. I assumed it was an issue on my Ionic's GPS, but if you have a Charge, I think it's paired GPS, right? Is there something wrong with the software since the most recent update?

Could someone from fitbit please respond to this issue. Its still happening. I have yet had no response. The following routes are exactly the same but record a mile difference.
