Hi. Just got my new charge 3 and playing with it.  Can I set it to automatically recognise staimaster exercise machine?  If so, how?

Sorry but stair climbing is not auto detectable. 

You will want to add Stair Climbing, then manualy start and stop. 

Can I reorder the exercise shortcuts on my Fitbit device?

@Suzywoozy2please see the link to the help doc I posted above. It explains how to add, remove, and reorder. It is on the FAQ about event tracking.
