Want to give my charge 2 to a friend - how can I clear my data - factory reset on Fitbit site for a Charge HR !

 

help please

There isn't a factory reset process for the Charge 2. However, this should not be a problem as when your friend adds the device to their fitbit account it will remove any data left on it. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2216/

 

If you are going to be nearby when they do this then make sure you "forget" the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings otherwise they may have problems connecting to it from their phone.

Recently my brother gave me his charge 2 Fitbit. I have unlinked it from his account but I don't see the option to setup. What should I do?
