How to dismiss the Charge 3 alarm

I was wondering if anybody could yell me how to dismiss the alarm on my charge 3. I set an alarm for everyday of the week to go off at the same time. I touch the screen and it goes of but about 10min later it goes off again and again and again. I dont know how to dismiss it the first time to just shut off.

Hello @Krista73.

Let me help you dismiss the alarm on your Charge 3. I will also be moving this thread to the Charge 3 board as I think it is better suited for it.

To dismiss the alarm you have to press on the side of your Charge 3 instead of tapping the ZZZ button on the screen. Hope this clarifies the situation.

I had a charge 2 and was able to turn my alarms off quite easily. Now I have a new charge 3 and I am having trouble turning the alarms off. I have 4 different alarms set to go off every day. I have tried to press the button on the side once which is what worked for the charge 2. I can’t get it to stop going off. I have tried pushing the button 2 or 3 times. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Am I not pressing the button properly. It was definitely easier to press the button on the charge 2. What am I doing wrong? What should the screen look like if the alarm has been turned off? It’s driving me crazy.  Please advise. Thank you.

All I do is push the side button on my charge 3. I'm not sure why yours won't stop the alarm. Sorry

Oh gosh!  Thank you for responding but honestly l thought was replying to the moderator. But really thank you for responding because if you didn’t, l would have been waiting a long time and then l would have been totally annoyed that no one responded.

I can't figure out how to turn off the alarm either. For example, I am asleep and alarm goes off. I tap the button on the side of my charge 3. The alarm goes off and I decide to lay in bed and watch YouTube. Nine or ten minutes later the alarm goes off again. The thing is, I never hit snooze so why is it doing this? Come on Fitbit team...
