Hello.
my Fitbit is overestimating my BMR. I have a calorie deficit (2600), I eat 1300 and go to the gym everyday no day offs yet I only lose 2 pounds a week. 2600 x 7 = 18k thats 5 pounds per week but I’m not losing that much. My bmr In Fitbit is 1658. But when I got tested by the doctor it was 1284 which is below average. Is there a way to change my bmr on Fitbit?

There's no way to directly change your BMR calculations. The best you can do is to change your age, height or weight until it calculates the numbers you want.
What some people do is to use an online BMR calculator to experiment with the numbers and then put the numbers into fitbit which saves a lot of trial and error.
