I've tried removing a friend both on the app and on my dashboard. Tried uninstalling stalling and reinstalling the app, clearing cache. Nothing has worked.

If you want to unblock a user, go to Account > Blocked Users and select the user you want to unblock. On the other hand, if you would like to remove a friend from the Fitbit.com dashboard, please follow the next steps:

@lizzypoppin1982 what version of Android are you using and which phone? I have the Galaxy 8 running version 9.

On their profile, upper right, there are three dots as @RicardoFitbit said. If you tap it, you get the options to remove as a friend. What happens when you do that?
