Hi
Does anyone know how to/or can advise on how to get a cracked screen on the Charge 3 replaced? The watch is out of warranty.

I have the same issue for versa 3, but customer service unable to give me a replacement because doesn't meet the requirement, and suggest me to buy another fitbit device at discount.
No confidence with fitbit anymore.
