Hi I just upgraded to fitbit charge 2 and I want to make new account but won’t let me use my same email add what do I need to do?

You dont need to set up a new account. As you cant use the same email mail.
It really depends on what you want to do. If you are not going to use the one you were before. Then remove it from your account and add the new So you can retain your records.
If you want to use both it depends on what you have and if they can be used on the same account. So let us know.
But do not start a new account as you want to retain what you have done so far

If you really want to setup a brand new ax punt, without your previous history. You will need to change the email associated with your old account. Depending on your email provider you might be able to add a modifier. IE: myemail@ can be changed to myemail+old@
Now that your email isn't being used, you can setup a new account. Note that the past history will not be shown, but it won't be lost.
