Open the App and click on Account (your pic at upper left on Android phone or Account symbol at upper right on computer) and click on Charge 2 and scroll down for Quick View setting.

Let me help you with your Quick View settings. Additionally to using your Fitbit app like @SunsetRunner explained you can also do this from the website (at fitbit.com) by following these instructions.
