I hope I can help. I’m assuming your talking about the Fitbit App. I’d try logging out of the Fitbit App, then force shut the app by swiping the App upward if you have an iOS (or tap close all if your android). Now turn off your phone for 1-2 mins then turn your phone back on and log back into the Fitbit App as you normally would and see if that fixed the issue.
