IP Address banned for Charge 3

Unable to access Fitbit.com or app on wifi.   Received error that ip address was being banned by owner.   When on phone data Charge 3 not syncing from web page.   App will not login.  Was working yesterday morning.

Thanks for the details provided about the "IP address banned" message you've received. Well, it could be that your IP was banned by Cloudflare themselves. Could you try connecting with a different internet connection? For example, if you are using your mobile data try to connect via WiFi, or vice-versa.

Additionally, please verify that you are not using some sort of firewall and if you are, try turning it off.
