IPhone stopped synching

iPhone X has latest iOS update. Stopped synching. Advised to update Fitbit app. Did so and iPhone synched for 1 day. Now it won’t synch again?

My charge 2 stopped syncing with my iphoneX, my watch battery life is 75% but in the app its still fully charged. Its not also tracking my steps and my bpm.

 

I already tried disconnecting and connecting it back but nothing works.
