Trouble keeping Charge 2 synced with Pixel 4

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I connected my Fitbit Charge 2 to my Pixel 4 to allow message notifications to appear. Now Pixel will intermittently drop Bluetooth connection with my Fitbit, thus losing message notifications. Is there any way to keep my device synced throughout the day 24/7 and without it dropping Bluetooth connection without warning?

Edit: My Charge 2 shows connected only when the Fitbit App is open. Once closed it returns to "Previously Connected Devices."

@deputygus Welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you with Charge 2 not staying synced with your phone. I suggest you check that no battery saver feature is affecting the Fitbit app. You can also try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
