Just bought a second hand charge 4 for my son.
How many pins should the charger have to connect to the watch? The watch has three connections on the back, but the charger only has 2, and the charger doesn't seem to quite clip on properly. Wondering if we have been supplied with the wrong charger. Thanks for any help.

A warm welcome to the community @Mangthebat.
Thank you for providing the query about the Charge 4 charger.
Please take a look at the picture below and compare with the charger.
You are right. The charger has 2 pins.

Hi @Mangthebat. I can confirm that the Charge 4 charger has two pins. I want to point out an additional detail, not shown on the photo. The Charge 4 cable has a gray section right next to where the cable attaches to the clip. A Charge 3 cable is all black. The Charge 3 and 4 pebbles have different thicknesses, due to the Charge 4 built in GPS. If your cable is all black, it won't fit.

@Mangthebat Yours sure looks like a Charge 3 charger. This is the Charge 4 -- the color didn't come through correctly, as that piece is gray, not tan:
I am a little confused by your first image. I took my photo in this direction, so you can see the pins prominently. They should always be out, even when you pinch open the clip. Another thought. The seller might have claimed it is a Charge 4, when it is a Charge 3. The Charge 4 case is all plastic. The Charge 3 case is anodized aluminum. It came in graphite or rose gold. Is your case plastic or metal?
