Incorrect caller ID.

Since the last update, my Charge 2, doesn't display the current incoming call. When I reboot my phone, it IDs the name of the first caller for all calls after that. Please help!!

I am having the same problem. It doesn't help that the caller Id is always a family member who is very ill and sends me into a major panic when in fact it's a spam call.  Not helpful in any way. Please sort it fitbit!

I just uploaded the latest update hoping it would fix this problem. It didn’t and was not showing the correct caller ID prior to the upgrade. I also only see who a text is from not the message. I have a google Pixel2.  If this persists, maybe need to switch to an Apple Watch?!?

Mine is working ok again now. I turned off the phone calls and restarted my phone and then turned calls back on. No idea if that was what actually fixed it but the correct caller ID is now showing. Still not getting my text messages...just the caller details but that doesn't bother me as much

I did the same fix. Turned the call notification off, restarted my phone, and then turned call notification back on and it fixed it.
