Incorrect heart rate on Charge 2

Heart rate shows low (54) when manual count is actually 100.  Reset to factory & still doing same.  Little over a year old.

@halloweenqueen Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your heart rate reading on your Charge 2. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
