I travel in the U.S. for work and am constantly changing time zones daily. I’ve had my settings set to “set automatically” for time zone but it doesn’t seem to consistently change and at times, it’ll log my sleep at a totally different time that doesn’t even relate to the new time zone or the last time zone. Maybe I’m on the move too much and it can’t keep up. Should I sync my app each time I land in a new time zone or am I better off just not making it automatic and leaving it to one time zone? I noticed it’ll do weird things to my step count too like track 2 days worth if I land in a new city after midnight. Any suggestions? Thanks!

@Cessnasmom Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Sorry for the delayed response.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your sleep readings when changing time zones. Since the Fitbit Charge 2 has no built-in GPS, in order to get it updated to the new time zone it is necessary syncing to your cellphone. If you ever experience any difficulty to sync, please follow these instructions.
If you would like to edit your sleep records, please follow these steps.
