There are only two things that affect the time on a fitbit. Firstly the time on the device it syncs to and secondly the timezone setting in your profile. I guess you would have spotted if your phone had the wrong time or if it were not syncing so my guess would be that the timezone is wrong. You can check yours at: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

My time zone is correct , both on the app, and at the website login. It just got to be 3 hours ahead - no idea why. I've tried turning bluetooth off and on, on my phone. Didn't work. I don't know how to turn my Charge2 off.

My time zone is set correctly everywhere, and still my fitbit shows the wrong time. I don't know what else to do, except stick it in a drawer and use something else. I got an Apple watch some time ago, and started using it, but was dismayed that it doesn't show steps on the clock face like the fitbit. Eventually I learned how to get it to show steps on the face, and decided to compare it to my old fitbit Charge 2. But the fitbit shows wrong time, and for the life of me, I can't discover a solution from these posts.
