Have changed to punctual clock face but time is consistently off by 3 seconds vs Gmt pips and time and date com. How can this be. Third attempt at getting response tv

Does it work correctly with other clocks?

 

Is that a Fitbit clock or a 3rd party clock?

No other clocks display seconds as a number so you can watch 2 clock faces
at a time or aurally via GMT Pips on BBC World service which is the world
standard.

No reply other than suggest reset but the lock is out by 3 seconds 

Not the end of the world but it should not be possible to be 3 seconds out
