Interval training on Charge 3

Thought I knew my fitness tracker quite well. But know I read several times about an interval training option with the Charge 3. I checked the internet and tried out several hints to start this function, but I didn´t succeed. Seems, that this function is missing on my device.

Please, can anyone help me to install the interval training option?  And if it is not possible for unknown reasons, does the Charge 4 provide this function?

Hello @Hoppeditz67 and welcome to the Help forum.  Although I don't have a Charge 3 on my account right now, I'm confident that it is one of the Exercise Shortcuts available.  I say this because it is on every Fitbit I have used that has an Exercise app.  Your Charge 3 can't hold all of the available Exercise Shortcuts.  There are about 20 of them.  Please read this Help article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?  There is a section on changing and reordering the shortcuts.
