Can 7th generation and fitbit charge 2 work together to get noticications on fitbit.?

Hi @Catgirlie and welcome to the forum. You’re referring to the iPad 7th generation, right?  It’s not on the list of supported devices which means not all of the features may work. Is your iPad updated to at least iOS 10? If not, please try that. It may help, Also, make sure your Fitbit app is also updated to the latest version.

Its the ipod 7 gen. We are up to date on latest updates.😕

Then I’m sorry to say that notifications may just not work for your device. You can try to post your request to the New Feature Suggestion board to see if it gets support from other Fitbit users.

No, I plan to get my son one for his birthday next month.  @Catgirlie , does the app work other than notifications on the iPod 7th generation?
