I bought this Fitbit to track my sleep. I’ve been using it for 10 days and have only gotten a good reading once. It randomly begins or stops reading in the middle of the night, gives me a general report (not helpful) or last night, a combination of the two. I woke early, saw I’d slept six hours, got detailed readings and went back to sleep. This morning’s report was general and didn’t include the detailed data at all. I’ve followed all the suggestions (wearing the band high on my wrist, etc.) and keep getting inconsistent results with consistent wear. Did I get a bad unit? Anyone else having similar issues?

I am having having same issues, my charge 2 less than year old and nothing in settings will help.
