Is not counting floors climbed

I just noticed my floors climbed count has been 0 since May 1. Everything else on its working fine. (In case you are wondering I live in a two floor house with a basement. I should have double digits every day.) Thanks I’m advance.

Your fitbit tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the fitbit. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.

 

Try cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air. Don't poke anything into the hole though as this can cause more problems.

Steve. Sorry I was not specific enough. The Fitbit itself is recording the floors but the app is not. My steps show up on the app my heart rate etc show up but not the floors. Again I was in a hurry when I typed the question and can see how it was not clear. Any suggestion is appreciated
