Hello,
Is there a way to make the step sensitivity less sensitive? My watch is counting everything as a step, like hand movements and even driving in a car if it goes slow enough. This is a real issue for me because the whole point of buying a watch was to see how many steps I walk trough a day, and it’s okey with small faults but my watch is showing 2100 steps while my health app on the iPhone shows 800.
I hope there is something to do with this, because i really like everything else about this watch. (Yes, i have chosen correct wrist setting for my arm)

Hello,
No. It does not help at all. Instead of assuming that a customer is an idiot and has provided inaccurate information, could you please be so kind as to address the problem?
My Fitbit is providing an accurate stepcount when I’m taking very measured, steady steps but completely miscalculates otherwise. It always adds a few hundred steps when I’m sleeping even though my setting is on Normal, rather than Sensitive ( there is no Low sensitivity option under Sleep sensitivity settings) and adds steps when waving my arms or cycling very slowly.
If you could please provide a solution to these issues echoing the same issues by many other people, that would be great.
Thank you.
