So I recently picked up a previously used Fitbit, I'm unsure what kind it is, but for the most part I've got it synced to the app but it keeps telling me that Bluetooth won't connect because "an incorrect pin/password " was entered.

I'm not sure what that means or what to do. Please help!

I have an android phone, I'm not sure if that'll make a difference.

Hi @Alex-Fox  while the Fitbit uses bluetooth, it doesn't do it in the conventional way. Have you downloaded the Fitbit app and set up your account? The app will ask you if you want to set up and will tell you which device you have in range. That's the easiest way to find out which device you have. Set up instructions are here - click to go there.
