I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about keeping your Charge 3 clock face on. I am glad to assist you with that. At this time, always-on display feature to keep the time visible is available only for Versa 2. To see the time on your Fitbit device, you can turn your wrist to wake up the screen. To adjust screen wake setting, press and hold the button on your Charge 3, then tap Screen Wake. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
