Recently noticed water droplets inside of the screen, then the LED lights had blank lines going through it. Two days later I got an email that the batter was low, I had just charged it a few days before so there was no way this was possible. Within this short period of time, I noticed that the screen wouldn't even come on with the push of the button, multiple lines showed on the screen then it would shut off. The green lights on the back would still come on, but not on the screen. I tried turning it off and turning it back on and nothing worked; I'm a tad disappointed that I've only had this product for a year and didn't last long.

I didn't have water droplets, but my display had two or three blank lines across it. I continued to charge my tracker. It still shows through my app as fully charged. However, it's been about three days since my screen display has shown. I tried pushing the button, resetting the tracker when it was attached to the charger, but no good. One of the green lights on the back is out. I think my FitBit is DOA, but I'm reluctant to invest in another unit without understanding what causes this one to become unusable.

At this point I don't think I'll buy another one. I really liked my fitbit, before I started having this issue, which just started last week. I'm a tad disappointed in this product so far.

Have you tried chatting with someone in support? If it's under a year, you can get a free replacement. If it's over a year, you are offered a discount on another purchase. I'm too entrenched now - I just got everything set up exactly the way that I want it to synch up with my meal tracking/planning and running app.

No... That's what I need to do 😞
