charge 2 wont sync

charge 2 has stopped sync function. I e restarted bluetooth as message kept asking me and tried to force sync but nothing is sorting issue. do I have to remove my device and reinstall

I'm having the same problem. The app will not save information either. I manually put in my water and yesterdays and today's is gone. Steps aren't synced.

Same here.

 

Have done everything posted (restart, reinstall, etc) and still won't sync to phone/app/computer.

 

Last sync was at 8:46 this am and nothing since. I just wish FitBit would be upfront when something in their system breaks!

I just deleted the app from my phone. Then reinstalled it, and it's working now. 

My husband has the ionic for a year now, every other month he's on the phone with them because of the same problem. They have to sit on the phone with him and do a system software update.

I've been lucky. Hope you get yours to sync

I'm glad that's worked!

I've done it 4 times today but maybe soon I'll get my Fitbit back.

This is a recurrent (though occasional) problem that I believe is due to something at Fitbit.  My Charge 2 stops synching to my laptop which was working previously.  The laptop settings show broken Bluetooth connection on Charge 2 device.  In the past this problem self-corrects in 1-2 days without me doing anything differently...but after wasting much time checking all suggested actions.  It's now day 3 & I'm fed up.  Please FitBit, let us know when you have a problem.
