The LED lights are no longer visible on my charge 2, have restarted it a few times & theres no change. No HR/BPM registered or detailed sleep stages. Also a few black lines across the screen.

Let me help you with this. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it (the restart should help with both the heart rate sensor and the screen). Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
