The first July 2024 update has broken synching between the Charge 4 and Fitbit app. A lot of the stats display 0 in the app or no longer update correctly. 10,000 steps are displaying on the Charge 4 but the app displays 101 steps. Heart rate is 0 in the app but Charge 4 displays 70. Calories burned display 400 in app but Charge 4 displays 2000. I have tried all suggestions from Fitbit to correct this issue but nothing works. I also updated the app again for the July 29th update and same results. Anyone having the same problem?
