I have had my Fitbit for 1.5 years and never had any problems with it until now. Everything works still but I can’t see the screen because the light is going out or something. Is there anyway to replace the light or am I going to have to get a whole new device?😢

@Anikkkat Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 light isn't working correctly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
