My Fitbit has line through the screen and so does my boyfriends, this has happened over the past few days and his screen is unreadable please can someone help, mine is a charge 3 (less then a year old) and his is a charge 2 (just over a yr old)
My screen on my Charge 2 is doing the same thing. No data, only lines. Not readable. It only had a small line through the date for a couple days and last night the whole screen went haywire. I’ve restarted it several times to no avail.
