Lines on screen / battery issue

My screen got few dark lines in the middle of the screen.I've restarted few times - no change. The lines across screen appeared out of nowhere. Have tried changing clock screen, restarting and long restart . Still no change. 

Battery going dead really quick out of nowhere . Was fine 4 days ago. Now it won’t turn on.

They will stay there too I haven't seen a fix. It might just get worse and not hold a charge. If it is under warranty I would try to get a replacement before it ends.
