Loading charge 3 to Bluetooth

I had to reconnect the Charge 3 again this morning after finally getting it attached late yesterday. On reconnection it also started trying to load PF1EQLGA.  I do not know what this is & can’t seem to remove it.  It goes away when I forget the Charge 3 but then comes back when I reload it.  Do you know what this is & how to get rid of it

What steps are you taking when you say reload the Charge 3?

What is it that your reloading @Ejmbrookfield?

Where are you seeing the PF1EQLGA?

In Bluetooth I say forget this device for Charge 3. That letter thing disappears then too. Then I go to the Fitbit App under my account & follow the prompts for adding a device. The Charge 3 comes back up but so does that letter thing.
