I have a Fitbit charge 3 but for some reason the Fitbit app on my cellphone has been playing up for the last couple of days. Using my home computer I can login into my account on the Fitbit website with my email address and password but for some reason I can`t get into the app on my cellphone using the same details keeps saying there is a problem with the email address or password. Any suggestions please
