Loosing Battery and Pulsating

Device not holding a charge.  

  • I rebooted
  • Disconnected and restarted
  • Cleaned charging prongs
  • Updated version
  • Switched USB power source outlets

In addition to the above, it started pulsating last night and I now have the black screen of death.

Please help!
