Hi, I am having 2 issues with my new Charge 3
1) I started using my new Charge 3 on 2nd Jan with my iPhone in IOS 13.3 and the latest App version. I have continuously had issues with data logged within the App (i.e. water intake, sleep tracking and activity days) not syncing to my watch. I have followed previous advice such as closing down the app, restarting my phone, turning off Bluetooth, restarting my watch, reinstalling the app to get it to work, turning on all day sync, which eventually works but defeats the object of the using these functions on the watch as I have to do this multiple times per week. Can this be resolved?
2) Yesterday I was away from my phone for around 12 hours. I had been active all day with my watch showing around 11,000 steps, 8km distance, around 1800 calories, activity minutes and 9/9 activity hours. At 6pm I go back to my phone, turned on my Bluetooth and synced my watch... it kept the steps and distance totals on both my watch and the app, but none of the data was showing for when these steps or distances took place prior to the time I turned on my Bluetooth at 6pm. The calories reduced to 1200 ish and the activity minutes changes to zero on both the app and watch. The watch still was showing 9/9 active hours but the app was showing no activity at all for those hours. I have been on the web version of the app and no data has been logged for that time period. I tried syncing the watch on multiple occasions and the app was stating this was successful. Any suggestions?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the issues you are experiencing when syncing. Are you making sure that your Fitbit app and tracker are updated? Is the rest of your information syncing properly?.

Yes they are both up to date. I've only had the tracker since 2nd January and have removed the app and downloaded it again twice in this time. It appears to be working today and has synced all the data correctly but I have had my phone on me all day. None of the data from 2 days ago is correct on the app or the desktop version of this.
