Fitbit kept telling me my passord was wrong....I KNOW what my password is! After hours of trying, suddenly it let me in and EVERYTHING IS GONE! My data, my friends, my challenges.....all GONE! Years worth missing! I'm so upset.....

Make sure you are using same account/email.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
