I've used my Charge 2 for several years and everything worked perfectly until just a month or so ago when Apple updated the iOS system. I received a FitBit Notification that Fitbit was having issues with this update. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but I've lost two years worth of data!
I can access daily data on the Fitbit Dashboard App on my phone starting on November 16th, 2019 which is about the time of the iOS update and about the time I followed Fitbit's directions to restore my Charge 2's operation. I can access data from September 2017 and prior . . . but there is no data between September 2017 and November 10th 2019! What happened to two years worth of data which I used to access regularly to track trends?
I've tried reinstalling the Fitbit App on my phone several times. I've logged In and Out of the Fitbit website several times but I cannot find my data. Is 2-years worth of data lost? How did this happen?
Maybe I'm missing something. Any suggestions?

@gssuv Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your missing data and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The data is stored on the Fitbit servers so it can't be deleted by removing the Fitbit app or logging out. This usually happens when you use two different email addresses. Check with your other email address to see if you have received any Fitbit emails and then try logging in with them to see if they have your missing data. By the way it isn't possible to merge different accounts.
Let me know how it goes.

Hello AlvaroFitbit. Thank you for your suggestions to recover lost data. Well . . . I tried logging-in using both of my email addresses as you suggested, even though I receive emails from Fitbit on only one of those addresses. Not surprising, I could only login using my usual email address. And also not surprising, I still cannot find my lost data. I'm making sure my Charge 2's battery is fully charged, I've updated the Charge 2's software [at least I think I have] and I've cycled the power several times. I've logged out and logged back into the Fitbit website and dashboard also several times. But still, my data, a couple of years worth of data, is gone or at least unavailable. This is all very frustrating because the historical data is important to me. I noticed this lost data problem about the time of the latest Mac iOS update. Maybe it's also a coincidence that Fitbit updated the Dashboard presentation several months ago and before the latest iOS update. Could the Dashboard update be part of the problem or is it just a coincidence. I dunno.
