Since I purchased the premium I have lost my oxygen variation app. Oxygen variation is one reason I purchased the charge 3 and now it is gone.

The EOV chart is buried under a few tiles. On the Dashboard, tap on the sleep tile, then tap on the tile for the night in question. On the next page tap on the Restoration tile then scroll down to get to the EOV chart.
