Lost step count?

I undertook a 40,000+ step hike yesterday, and seemed to achieve the Cleats badge, but my stepcount in the app is stuck at 25,050, with the breakdown for each period set at 510 steps. I've rebooted my watch, reinstalled the app, synched a number of times, but no resolution. Any help much appreciated 👍

Thanks for providing the details about your Charge 4.

I'm not sure if you are still having the inconvenience. I'd suggest you perform the following steps on the Fitbit app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the steps are available now.
