It would be very useful for me to know my RHR day by day.
I assume that there's a rolling average (i.e., low-pass filter) applied to daily RHR values.
In my specific case, I see an upward sloping line over the past 2 weeks. What would be very useful is to know if my RHR has remained unchanged over the past 2 weeks (i.e., the graph in the FitBit app shows a moving average) or if my RHR has increased monotonically over the past 2 weeks.
On July 10 my RHR was 63. Today it is 86. The thing I'd like to tell my doctor is whether my RHR was (and has remained) 90 bpm starting on July 10, and that the past 2 weeks graph shows that 90 bpm being averaged in with a longer time period.
Thank you!

From How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
That is the only thing Fitbit will tell you. I know different places have different definitions of "resting heart rate". I expect Fitbit would claim "competitive advantage". One thing I have found useful in looking at RHR is examining lowest overnight heart rate. For me at least, that seems to correlate fairly well with RHR, not the same number but a correlation, at least in movement. You might want to look at you overnight heart rate charts for the past few weeks to see if your lowest heart rate has been getting higher. I personally find that easier to look at on dashboard bigger PC screen but can also see on phone, getting readout as drag cursor along.

Thank you so much for the quick response!
I apologize, I am not very familiar with the dashboard ... how can I look at the overnight heart rate charts for the past few weeks?

On phone app, just click the heart rate tile, then tap a day at a time to see the detail for the whole day.
To see dashboard on PC, I'm looking at this on PC; on top right, there's a tab that says "dashboard". On dashboard, there are several graphs; one can go full width of screen with a couple of drop-down menus at right, can choose heart rate and daily, and then at top left looks like calendar icon; mouse over that and changes to right arrow to take you back a day at a time
As you drag your cursor over the chart, it displays the values.
If that's not enough to help you, come back and ask more. I might be gone a few hours but will check back.

Found it: in the "Activities and Stats" tile I can choose the heart icon and "daily".
My guess, to answer my original question, is that RHR is a weighted sum of today + yesterday + x previous days.
Thanks again.

@bottha123 To the best of my knowledge, your RHR is calculated from one day's data and doesn't use any other days.
