I charged my Fitbit last night after not using for a while I racked up 7688 steps which have now disappeared and not registering anymore steps help much appreciated x

Seems odd that your device is not recording steps. For me to better assist you, can you please let me know if your device is not recording steps at all or not accurately? Also, when was the first time you experienced this situation? I recommend you to restart your device and let me know how it goes. Regarding the steps that disappeared from your account, since you didn't use your Fitbit for a while, it could be that the Fitbit app is outdated. That said, please make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date to avoid any difficulties.
