Charge 2 not syncing

For the last 5 days will not sync and since last night has already needed charging twice, losing about 10% per hour

Let me help you with the battery and syncing issues. For the battery issues try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.

 

To sync your device you can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Oddly immediately your reply arrived, success with both charge & sync.  Until Friday (7 June) all seemed good and now here we are again.  Everything has been uninstalled and re-installed so many times now that I have lost count.  It is driving me mad!

I have had the same issues since June 4th. I have tried starting, restarted, forgetting the device on bluetooth, restarting my phone, disconnecting the device, and yet through it all it still cannot find it on my phone nor can I set it up. The device is working normally but the sync and finding it on the app has not worked now for 6 days.
