Hi @Rach1234567 - The Samsung A80 is not on the list of compatible phones. And while Fitbit normally works as quickly as possible to test compatibility of all the various phones that are available, the pandemic is seriously affecting their staffing ... which affects their efforts. In the meantime, please make sure your phone’s OS has been updated to at least version 7.0 or higher. That should allow you to download the Fitbit app ... sign in ... and add your Charge 2 and use many of the features.
