Hi,
I have ave the charge 2 and the magnetic band. I’ve had it almost a year now but only got around to querying this now.
Fitting - I find that with my magnetic band I have to have it on tight, to the point it leaves an indentation mark on my wrist from the sensor. If I don’t have it on tight or as Fitbit suggests it just flys around my wrist. It’s not cutting off circulation but it is leaving that senor square indent for a fair amount of time. Too tight? Is it just the design of the magnetic band?
Tracking - this may have something to do with the fit of the tracker and the issues with the magnetic band I’m having, but sometimes finding heart rate tracking issues. Extremely high or no reading. Kms are never tracked correctly, it would always say less than I have travelled. Now I’ve turned on GPS when I set it to walk and run it seems fine but ideally I don’t want to have the location on Fitbit always.
If if anyone could shed some light would be great!!
Thanks

I don't believe Fitbit sells magnetic bands. I tried one when I first got my Charge 2 but quickly changed back to the Fitbit band. It sounds like to me you would benefit by changing back to a Fitbit band, not some unknown third party band you probably got from Amazon or Ebay.
